Up to 328 “standard” holes on the pelletising head are available from us. We have already realised projects with up to 1088 micro-holes (0.6 mm).
We can produce anything from just a few kg per hour (laboratory systems) to several tons per hour.
We can supply new pelletising heads and die plates from all well-known manufacturers in as little as 4-5 weeks You will receive more detailed information after we have discussed your project.
Depending on customer requirements, we offer electric or oil heated – just like the original!
Purchasing made-to-measure die plate units
We help customers to acquire die plates for pelletising that fulfil all wishes. High-grade material, precise production and comprehensive quality control are cornerstones of all manufacturing processes. Our metal die heads can be manufactured in the following way:

Reproduction on the basis of drawings
Existing die plates are reproduced and replaced one-to-one on the basis of precise technical drawings.

Reproduction on the basis of measurement
The existing die plate unit is removed and handed over for measurement and reproduction.

Conversion after consultation
The output needs to be increased? The die plate should be suitable for more or less viscous plastics? A completely new pelletising die head in accordance with individual requirements is designed and built after consultation and precise software simulation.

Reproduction of existing die heads
Thanks to numerous projects in the past, we have a large pool of production data to hand and can guarantee quick availability of all spare parts.
